We enjoyed the room, room was clean & big..
The reception staffs (mainly the Men) were helpless, anything you ask they say we dont know. We couldnt get any information out of them regarding taxi, food anything.. For us, it was far from main monuments. We cant just go to city & come back..Public transport is 10 min walk in the HOT sun..

Room is large - two floors - our baby could slept during our drinking :-) Metro is really close - just 10 mins waliking and then to Rome city central (e.g. Colloseum) is around 15 mins. Perfect staff, speak English well and they were very helpfull, thanks. Breakfast in nerby bar is good, but don't buy the voucher in the hotel, just go there and choose what do you like - same price and more choices. Good and rally cheap food store is close - 5 mins by walk.
Facilities is little old - look retro :-) The room need to clean after two days - dust everywhere. Maybe you should ask, we didn't.

I've chosen the hotel because of its location (based on my special needs). The staff is very helpful. The beach is only 40 minutes by train.
The downtown is also 40 minutes by train. Daily clearing is for extra money.

Close to metro and bus, easy to get to Termini and the major sightseeing locations. Great option for accommodation if you want to have commodity (appartment we have been to was duplex - two bedrooms and living room) and option for preparing meals (kitchen with all facilities). We payed for internet but, it is cheap and connection is good (about 1 euro per hour). Great reception staff, very helpful, all speak English so it was not hard to communicate.

The hotel was like what it described itself in the website, unlike others where rooms are much older than the pictures they show. Staff friendly and helpful. Suitable for family stay. Easy access to the metro and supermarkets. Restaurant and deli located in the hotel are good and inexpensive.
Small things such as the lock to the bathroom door which was kind of difficult to lock and unlock, and noisy to open. Laundry charges was expensive at Euro 4 per wash and Euro 4 to use the dryer.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the EUR area of Rome and I had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, far from the center of Rome but still close to all the facilities I needed. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

Room was exceptionally clean. Spacious apartment, huge walk in closet, balcony, TV and furnishings nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Beds quite hard and uncomfortable. Property was quite dated but so very clean it didn't matter. Wish hotel were closer to center of Rome, the 20-min ride on metro to Termini was long and often hot & crowded on metro.

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The eur area where the hotel is located is very nice, different from the historical center, but still interesting with Mussolini's buildings. We could found nice shops (any kind) around. There was a good connection to the sea side and to the center as well. I liked that in our apartment we had all we needed: moka pot, hair drier, tv. The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful.
Only think I didn´t like was the sower curtain. It was clean, but I prefer glass door or something similar.

Our recent stay at a residence in Rome was fantastic! We were actually surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. The location felt safe and convenient for exploring the city. The amenities like the dishwasher and cooking facilities made it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the shared washing machine/dryer on the basement floor. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short or extended stay.
